At Dennison Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
